Introducing Centering Pregnancy. Centering Pregnancy is a new way to care for women during their pregnancy. Clients are placed in groups of 5 - 8 other women who will all have their babies around the same time. Centering Pregnancy Groups are a great opportunity to interact with other women who are going through some of the same experiences and have similar concerns.

The groups meet every two weeks for 8 sessions throughout your pregnancy. In each session, you will have some private time with your midwife to talk about your pregnancy and how to care for your baby. One session includes a tour of the birthing unit.
